I am an EA with 35 years of tax preparation experience and have done lots of complex returns. I have taken a lot of education classes and some were good and some were not good at all. I took "Individual Income Tax, Part 2" — I thought it was one of the very best classes I have ever taken. It had a section on Rentals and with all the changes that have gone on in that area, this just cleaned out the cobwebs and it was so clear. It was taught in a way that I will remember it and be confident in what I know.
